Seminars - Rapid personal growth – emotional resilience through renewing your mind
These 2-hour evening seminars cover the key concepts of Living Wisdom for achieving emotional and relational health. They typically are held on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings, over 8 or 10 consecutive weeks.
We cover a range of mental and emotional health topics for personal growth, such as - negotiation skills, restoring trust, setting goals, how to effect change, and examining assumptions / beliefs that progress or hinder life. You will gain insights into anger, pride, forgiveness, anxiety, depression, addiction, marital/relational breakdown, abuse, past influences, etc. You’ll also learn practical and psychological steps to dealing with typical life issues.
The seminars are a lecture-style format with questions and discussion welcome. There will be an optional Q&A session after the seminar. If the seminar subjects touch on a hot issue for you it’s best to book a private counselling session with us.
A comprehensive manual is provided but we don’t necessarily cover all subjects in the manual - they’re there for your interest and further reading.
Visitors are welcome to sit in for one free night excluding the first evening.
